La clase se impartirá completamente en español. La instrucción puede incluir tareas, conferencias tradicionales y práctica interactiva. Los participantes deben ser mayores de 16 años. Requisitos mínimos: cuaderno y algo con que escribir. GED Prep Class in Spanish -- This class will help participants improve their reading, writing, math, and critical thinking skills, all of which are necessary to increase their chances of success on their GED exams. The class will be taught completely in Spanish. Instruction can include assignments, traditional lectures, and interactive practice. Participants should be 16+ Minimum requirements: Notebook and something to write with.

Este curso proporcionará habilidades informáticas básicas, como abrir un navegador web, realizar búsquedas en Internet, usar el correo electrónico y practicar medidas básicas de seguridad informática.  Las clases se impartirán totalmente en español para que el estudiante pueda adquirir estas habilidades en su idioma.  Esta es la segunda sesión de informática básica, como tal, es una continuación de la clase. Computer Basics en espanol! This class will teach entry-level computer skills. Participants will learn how to open a web browser, navigate internet searches, access and use email, basic computer safety, and more!  The class will be taught in Spanish so participants can access the new skills in their primary language. This is the second session of computer basics, as such, it is a continuation of the class.

On the 1st Wednesday of every month, we're hosting a representative from Pima County's Community and Workforce Development office. He can help you with: acquiring a cell phone  food resources  pet supply resources  eviction prevention  utility assistance  emergency housing (completing the VI-SPDAT)  He can also connect you to: legal services  veterans resources  employment resources  Drop in anytime during 2pm and 4pm. Tucson has a telephone service to assist homeless people. The homeless resource line, (520) 791-2540, can put people in touch with shelter, food, and medical care immediately.

VoteRiders is an organization that tables at several libraries around town that helps people obtain a driver’s license or State ID for free. Do you need ID? We help people get the ID they need to cast a ballot that counts. We pay for ID/Drivers License, Birth Certificate, and or Social Security Card. We provide transportation to government offices to complete the process (in areas where rideshare is available). We also provide a mailing address if you do not currently have a place to receive mail. Services available to US citizens 16 or older and those impacted by the criminal justice system. If you can't stop in for one of our clinics, please call or text 1 866 ID2 VOTE or 1 866 432 8683.
