This day is set aside to raise awareness and educate about Down Syndrome, to raise public awareness, and to be part of the global voice for advocating for the rights, inclusion, and well-being of people with Down syndrome.  March 21 let's show support by wearing fun-designed, brightly colored socks to signify the extra chromosome that people with Down Syndrome usually carry.
