Ordered too many radish seeds?  Whatever you have extra may be just what a neighbor would like to try in their garden! Bring your garden's extras to share with other gardeners in the community. Everything is free - even gardening advice from neighbors in the community!Gardening Exchange is scheduled on the first Wednesday of each month from 12-2pm, and takes place on the Cass Street Plaza (next to where the Friends of the PB Library hold their monthly half-off Book Sale from 11am-5pm).   Also, please check out the PB Seed Library.  It is located in front of the PB Library's Circulation Desk, and staff are available to answer questions about how the program works.  Let's grow together, PB!

Uke players of all skill levels are invited to come together to strum, sing, learn, teach, share, and most of all, have fun. We welcome everyone at all skill levels from the newest uke noobs to total uke stars. If you’ve never strummed or sung a note in your life, or even if you are just shy, you are welcome. We do a strum along format as well as go around the room offering the chance to lead a song to everyone.  This makes it easy to be as anonymous as you like while you’re learning (you’ll never be thrust into the spotlight when that isn’t your desire). If being in the spotlight is something you seek then it is readily available.  We play a wide variety of music including Rock, Country, Standards, 23 Skidoo, Hawaiian, some goofy fun songs and more.
