National Night Out is an annual event where you're invited to lock your doors, turn on outside lights, and spend the evening outside with people like yourself who care about our neighborhood!  On the PB Library's Taylor Greene (park facing Dawes Ave) you are invited to come to eat, enjoy activities, and get to better know your neighbors, local police, and elected officials! Schedule TBA  The Lion King Join us for a screening of the original 1994 animated classic. Uke players of all skill levels are invited to come together to strum, sing, learn, teach, share, and most of all, have fun. We welcome everyone at all skill levels from the newest uke noobs to total uke stars. If you’ve never strummed or sung a note in your life, or even if you are just shy, you are welcome. We do a strum along format as well as go around the room offering the chance to lead a song to everyone.  This makes it easy to be as anonymous as you like while you’re learning (you’ll never be thrust into the spotlight when that isn’t your desire). If being in the spotlight is something you seek then it is readily available.  We play a wide variety of music including Rock, Country, Standards, 23 Skidoo, Hawaiian, some goofy fun songs and more.
