Take & Make: Sign up for our personalized book bag for tweens grades 3-5. Complete this questionnaire the first time you sign up and we will select a book just for you, from the genre of your choice. Complete the return slip when you return your book so we can refine our future selections for you. You will be sent an email when your kit is ready and you will have one week to pick it up. The kit will also contain a few bookish surprises along with a snack or two to enjoy while you read. The book must be returned to the library with the feedback slip but everything else is yours to keep.

The Antioch Public Library District Board of Trustees meets on the last Tuesday of every month unless otherwise noted. The public is welcome to attend these meetings. Meetings are held in the Kakacek Room on the lower level of the Library.

Children are strongly encouraged to attend independently in order to support our efforts of encouraging independence, confidence-building, peer relationship-building, and relationships with library staff.Parents and caregivers of children under the age of 8 must stay nearby in the Youth Services department for the program's duration.

Books & Beverages book club meets on the second Tuesday of every month at local establishments around town, to enjoy some refreshments and talk about books. The library will offer appetizers, and each patron is responsible for their own beverages. Each month we will pair a new book with a different location. Please check later for this month's title.
