Welcome to Awaken Yoga with Julie! Please wear comfortable and breathable clothing, and your own yoga mat (we will try to have a few extra on hand for beginners who want to give yoga a try for the first time). Don't forget to bring a bottle of water for yourself, too! The course will be taught to all levels. Beginners through advanced practitioners are welcome! This course is taught by certified Yoga Instructor Julie Lazerwitz.This is a free event, and no library card is required.  Julie leads yoga courses twice a week at the Peabody Public Library.  For additional yoga dates, there is a course fee of $10, which will be charged at the beginning of class.  For additional times and dates, reach out to Julie.
