The Kennebunk Artisans Marketplace is a showcase of 30-40 vendors on any given Saturday throughout the summer.  There is a combination of live and/or piped in music, which lends a feeling of fun, relaxation, and community to our events.  There is a great variety of artwork to view/purchase…definitely something for everyone.    We will be offering “themed days” throughout our May through early October season.  Search “Kennebunk Artisans Marketplace” and scroll down to “Highlights” to see what dates those “themed days” will occur.  On those special days, we will be offering a “raffle basket” that will contain samples of some of our crafters’ creations, along with other items that represent the theme for that day.  Raffle tickets will be given out to customers for every item they purchase from one of our many vendors at the Kennebunk Artisans Marketplace.   We hope to see you soon…!!

Registration is now open for the Third Annual Acton Open Mini Golf Tournament hosted by Wicky Ralph’s Ice Cream & Mini Golf, benefiting Grammy Rose Dog Rescue & Sanctuary. This is one of our biggest and most popular annual fundraisers for the rescue. All proceeds from the event will go directly to support the rescue’s mission of saving dogs from euthanasia in the south, transporting them to the rescue and caring for them as we work to match them with great adoption families.  The event will feature a team-based mini-golf tournament with live music, catered food and tons of fun. Team registration is now open and we’re also looking for local businesses to sponsor holes for the day of the tournament.   The tournament is open to teams of 4-6 adults. The price per person is $40, and that covers the 18-hole mini golf tournament, a commemorative T-shirt, lunch from local favorite Gotta Be Frank and an ice cream from Wicky Ralph’s. Trophies will be awarded for a variety of categories including best team name! Team captains – contact us now to secure your team’s spot!  Companies can sponsor one of the 18 holes for a donation of $250. The sponsorship includes a 24” x 18” double sided full-color sign with your company logo that will be installed at one of the course’s 18 dog-themed holes. All hole sponsors will be acknowledged in the event program and on our social media channels. We are truly grateful for your support and hope you’ll consider fielding a team as well!

Don't worry though, we will add a clear finishing glaze and your piece will sparkle. Seaglass Art! Perfect for all ages, this relaxing activity lets you arrange beautiful pieces of ocean-tumbled glass to create stunning coastal artwork. Join Seashore Trolley Museum in beautiful Kennebunkport, Maine for our 27th Annual Pumpkin Patch Trolley, taking place Friday-Sunday September 26-28, Friday-Sunday October 3-5, Friday-Monday October 10-13, and Friday-Sunday October 17-19. This event is the perfect fall event for families and friends of all ages to enjoy! Trolley rides to the pumpkin patch depart on our heritage railway from our Visitors Center at 9:45AM,10:30AM, 11:15AM, 12:00PM, 12:45PM, 1:30PM, 2:15PM and 3:00PM. Following a 30-minute ride, guests disembark the trolley at the pumpkin patch, where each member in your group can select a pumpkin to take home, even the adults! Guests hop back on the trolley for a ride back to our Visitors Center, where several museum and family activities are available: Activities include: Pumpkin Painting! Paint your pumpkin at our pumpkin painting station. Leave it out to dry while you enjoy other activities. Craft in a Bag! Make it at the event or take it home with you. Prize Walk! Round and round a circle of pictures you go; when the music stops, find a picture to stand next to. We spin the wheel and if your picture comes up, you win a prize! Play as many times as it takes to win. Photo Scavenger Hunt! Take the Seashore Challenge and go on a photo scavenger hunt around campus, using your phone to document your progress. When you’re finished, post them to one of our social media pages, and you will be entered for a chance to win a 2026 Seashore Family Membership. Enjoy our Museum! Explore three carhouses filled with beautiful, restored trolleys and several other precious transit artifacts around our outdoor campus. Check out our new Maine Central Model Railroad Building. Costumes are Encouraged at our event! We will be giving out prizes each day for Best Costume, following a social media contest. If you would like to participate, make sure one of our staff takes your photo (and we’ll be walking around to make sure we don’t miss anyone). The Kennebunk Artisans Marketplace is a showcase of 30-40 vendors on any given Saturday throughout the summer.  There is a combination of live and/or piped in music, which lends a feeling of fun, relaxation, and community to our events.  There is a great variety of artwork to view/purchase…definitely something for everyone.    We will be offering “themed days” throughout our May through early October season.  Search “Kennebunk Artisans Marketplace” and scroll down to “Highlights” to see what dates those “themed days” will occur.  On those special days, we will be offering a “raffle basket” that will contain samples of some of our crafters’ creations, along with other items that represent the theme for that day.  Raffle tickets will be given out to customers for every item they purchase from one of our many vendors at the Kennebunk Artisans Marketplace.   We hope to see you soon…!!
