Meditation and Forgiveness: Healing the Heart Forgiveness means freeing yourself of the past. Often, the biggest challenges in life come from the mind's disturbances – persistent thoughts, regrets, fears, worries, and long-held grudges. Meditation deepens your understanding of yourself and others, awakens your consciousness, and connects you to your personal inner peace. It opens the door to being able to forgive, both yourself and others. Please join Arvind Naik who has been meditating for many years and knows, first hand, the power of meditation, how it can totally transform our lives and bring us the peace and serenity we're all looking for. This is part of our Monthly Meditation Series. About Arvind:  Arvind Naik, MBA in Global Business Management from NYIT, is educated as an Electronics Engineer and works as a Data Architect and Director of Engineering in Information Technology field. He has been giving lectures and workshops on the topic of meditation, where he discusses how incorporating meditation into our daily routine can be life changing. In his programs, Arvind explores how this practice can help each of us develop physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Arvind led a meditation program at various corporations such as Target, Sleep Number & he regularly speaks at libraries all across the country and local community centers. He also works with children and teens of various backgrounds to educate them about Meditation. Most recently he spoke at Vialto Partners to introduce meditation as a tool for stress reduction in the workplace and he was invited by the Columbia Heights Police Department to give talks on the many benefits of meditation and how it can help the Officers with their day to day stress.
