Participate in the identification of student educational needs. Review the school building budget Help formulate the School Improvement Plan (SIP) Must be aligned with district policies, laws, and contracts. Requires Superintendent approval before implementation. Membership Include representation from: Teachers Parents/guardians (through parent elections) Community members (may be appointed) Students (required for high schools) Membership must reflect the diversity of the school community. Document how members were selected to ensure transparency.
