Some movies might also be available on the Libraryâs free streaming services: Kanopy and Hoopla. Or check your own subscribed streaming service. If youâve already seen the movie already, but itâs been a while, do you need a refresh watch? All are welcome! You donât have to be a âmovie buffâ or even âinto movies.â Just drop in and chat with us. We plan to meet the first Tuesday of the month (holiday schedule and weather permitting). Life today is stressful. People are anxious about their health, their finances, their relationships, their safety, and their future. Many physicians and healers are promoting the proven benefits of meditation to relieve stress and anxiety. When we are in this state of physical and mental calmness, we have more control over our reactions towards lifeâs stresses; we can make better life decisions; and we can react more calmly to others, alleviating the tensions in our relationships. By connecting to the place of happiness and peace within us, we experience a reduction in our anxiety. Through meditation we can deal better with the stresses of life, and replace anxiety with joy and peace. Life today is stressful. People are anxious about their health, their finances, their relationships, their safety, and their future. Ajili Hodari, Esq., Attended Michigan State University as a scholar athlete where he received his B.A. and M.A. degrees in Advertising. After a career in the printing and publishing industry in the San Francisco Bay area, he received his law degree from the University of Iowa in 1990. Thereafter, he began his practice of law in Columbus, Ohio. In 2006 he relocated to Seattle, WA where he managed his own firm, Hodari Law Office. He has since retired from the practice of law after 34 years.
