Have all 9 risers there with TALLEST ladder ready for setup, all bleachers out, 13 music stands, portable whiteboard, 7 tables on wheels from the hallway classrooms in the hallway outside the classrooms next to the auditorium. 2 stand mics (not boom mics) plugged in and ready by early AM for dress rehearsal. Student to run lights and sound during daytime rehearsal and at night (preferably the same students for both)
