City Offices Closed Labor Day City Offices will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2025 in observance of the Labor Day Holiday.  However, many payments and City services are available online.  Below are a few links for your convenience: Online Payments Online Mail in Forms Water Billing Construction Permits Court Payments Birth Certificates Property Tax Payments Voter Registration   Holiday Refuse, Recycling, and Yard Waste Collections Due to the Labor Day Holiday, collection of trash, yard waste, and recycling will not take place on Monday, September 1. The collection schedule will instead resume Tuesday, September 2, with a one-day delay each day of the week.
