Rhyme Time is an interactive program consisting of various fun skill-building activities, such as rhymes, songs, bounces, and more. The program incorporates musical instruments, scarves, and parachutes. Additionally, you and your little one will bond and learn together while we ensure that this music-based education is well-rounded, age-appropriate, and, most importantly, fun! Older and younger siblings are welcome. Registration applies to the entire three-week session.Priority registration will be given to Troy Public Library card holders. If you do not have a TPL issued library card, register WITHOUT a card to be put on the Pending Waitlist. If there is space available closer to the event you will be moved to the main list.​
