Chair Yoga

Laura Kraus, RYT500 teaches gentle chair yoga, which is mostly seated but includes some standing poses with the assistance of the chair for balance.  All are welcome, regardless of prior experience or level. Preregistration is required, please, as space is limited.  ......More

Laura Kraus, RYT500 teaches gentle chair yoga, which is mostly seated but includes some standing poses with the assistance of the chair for balance.  All are welcome, regardless of prior experience or level. Preregistration is required, please, as space is limited.  There is a $5 fee per class, payable in advance by cash, check or credit card at the circulation desk.  Participants may register and pay for up to 4 classes in advance. Please reserve your spot here. Classes are held in our lower level, accessible by a short set of external steps (under the front porch) or an internal stairway. New participants will be required to sign a waiver in advance of classes.  Please arrive early to complete the paperwork.  Yoga mats are provided, however, please feel free to bring your own mat if you like.
