**Registration is for all 6 sessions** DATES 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/27, 11/3, and 11/10 Drumming for wellness is a hand drumming class. Using bare hands and African style hand drums, participants learn the basics of drumming and enjoy a fulfilling group music experience! During this progressive 6 week session, students will gain additional skills, knowledge, and understanding each week. Each class builds upon the next. Why Drumming? Because it is FUN, healthy, and relaxing. Experienced Percussionist and Music Educator Celine Fitzpatrick makes it especially accessible to ALL. It is interactive and community building, with numerous benefits for both physical and emotional well-being. Novice drummers receive benefits immediately.
