This creative program is part show-and-tell, and part book talk making book club a fun experience for beginning readers! The book club works like this: Register for the club.Stop by the Library to pick up the supplies – a brown paper bag with questions in it. Everyone answers the same questions! R.U.F.F. – Reading Uniquely for FundamentalsWednesday, April 15, 2026 @ 6:00 p.m. Children aged 5 or older, who are reading independently, are welcome to participate in a unique literacy program designed to help your child gain reading confidence! Each participant must choose a book at the library or bring one from home. It is helpful if they have read the book previously but is not necessary. Your child will be registered for a 15-minute reading time, with a few minutes to get settled and then approximately 10 minutes of reading. Times are reserved on a first-come / first-served basis. 6:00 – 6:15 p.m. 6:15 – 6:30 p.m. 6:30 – 6:45 p.m. 6:45 – 7:00 p.m. Registration is required by stopping by or calling the Children’s Services desk – 973-728-2823.

Michelle Brook is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certified by the American Yoga Academy. Wednesday, April 15th6:30 PM – 7:45 PM Gentle Yoga with Michelle is an IN-PERSON only program that is offered twice this month. This session will take place in Rooms 6 & 7. This registration is limited to 15 participants. Please bring a yoga mat, Mexican blanket, other small blanket, or a large towel with you for the class. These will be used for sitting and to cushion the knees. *Each registrant must complete their own waiver form* Register and complete the required waiver form below. *Please note* registration will open for West Milford residents on March 16th @ 10:00 a.m. You must have a valid West Milford Township Library card to register.
