PTO signups for room parents and all events(to increase parent attendance) *As discussed at staff meeting on 9/15/22; Orientation ideal within the first 2 weeks of school *specials teachers sill post videos on the web site; secretaries sill send a message through IC that they are there and a reminder for orientation that day *If PTO buys food for teachers we need to be notified before  Parent Orientation will be next week from 6-7 (same as last year). The length of your presentation is up to you. *Open doors at 5:55 *Move to a Thursday so there is no school the next day *Reinforce that students should not come  1st and Third Grade - begin at 6:00 Standards based report card presentation for Third grade 6:00-6:15 Second grade presentations begin 6:15

Notes: *No full face masks or weapons *4 total parent volunteers per classroom permitted *Parade is a game time decision depending on weather 2:15- Volunteer Parents will be allowed to the rooms/Students will get their costumes on 2:30-Parade- classes line up in the hallway and exit out the double doors by the Library, they will go around the front of the building and walk around to the back parking lot then re-enter the building through the back doors (parent drop off doors; Not recess doors) 2:40-3:30- Party 3:30- Announcement will be made "this concludes our parties" - parents who have signed in/out may take their students at this time **At 3:30- parents must leave the building before dismissal begins at 3:38*** **Intervention specialists/aides will hold "Non-Party Events" for students who do not celebrate of for VIP students ***Parade can still be in the hallway if weather is bad ** Parents can park at the church or behind the building but there are limited number of parking spots, Parents may sit in the gym Alternate plan: 2:30-indoor parade will begin, students will walk per class in a single line down the hall into the gym (parents may sit on the bleachers), walk a loop around the gym and exit through the main hallway doors, students will proceed back to their classrooms and the party will begin 2:45- parade will be over; parents who were present to view the parade will go out the front doors of the building and not be permitted to go into the hallway past the office or the classrooms 2:45-3:30- Classroom parties  3:30-Parties end; parents who have signed in/out may take their students at this time**At 3:30- parents must leave the building before dismissal begins at 3:38*** *Parents that wish to view the parade are welcome to park at the church and enter through the front doors and sit in the bleachers in the gym. Visitors will be asked to leave the building after the parade.

PBIS assembly-by grade level 30min in gym
