The library meets the wilderness! Join us every month at a different Mentor park to forge a deeper connection with yourself and with the marvels of nature living in our own neighborhood. We'll explore different journaling techniques across a variety of mediums. No experience necessary - open to all ages and skill levels. Limited instruction will be given, as this is a way for each individual to find ways to create a habit of observing and connecting to nature. All supplies provided (but feel free to bring your own!)This month, we'll be meeting once again at Headlands Beach State Park (9601 Headlands Rd). Please park in the P-1 lot at the eastern end of the park and look for library staff. By registering, you agree to the following:I, the undersigned, agree on behalf of myself and my heirs/next of kin/representatives, that I am strictly a volunteer and not entitled to any compensation or other benefits. By participating in this program, I agree that I expressly assume any and all risks associated with this activity. I hereby release from liability and hold harmless the Mentor Public Library, the City of Mentor, and their boards, representatives, agents, and/or employees for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or other harm sustained by me during the performance of activities for this program.
