Founded in 2004 as a way to maximize the impact the real estate industry in the Willamette Valley could make through their Annual Children’s Christmas Party, the MVAR Community Foundation is made up of REALTORS® and industry partners dedicated to making the communities they serve thrive. The Community Foundation provides grants to other local non-profits, scholarships to high school seniors, and, for over 30 years, has hosted an annual Christmas Party for 150-200 disadvantaged youth where each child is individually shopped for based upon their wishlist and is handed their gifts from Santa Clause himself.
