Cardio Drumming is an upbeat workout that will get you moving to the music. Fitness or loose fitting clothing is suggested for maximum comfort.We are doing this session a little different than past sessions - seats will be available first come, first serve (no saving seats!). Please register each week so we have your contact info for updates, although registration does not guarantee a spot.
