We will review the most relevant labs used to diagnose and monitor diabetes—including A1C, fasting glucose, insulin, and lipid markers—and discuss how modern tools like continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and glucose meters help individuals better understand and improve their blood sugar patterns.May 27: How to Eat for Diabetes and Blood Sugar ControlParticipants will learn how food affects blood sugar and insulin response.
